  • In this position based at our head office in Mulgrave, Victoria, you will join a high performing Fleet Sales & Pre-Owned Vehicles team and be responsible for supporting the Direct Fleet Sales and Pre-Owned Vehicle team with both the Sales and Remarketing strategy.

  • Key duties & responsibilities:
  • Work within the Pre-Owned Vehicle team to assist with the effective disposal of used MBAuP vehicles through various sales channels.
  • Assist with developing and maintaining all Pre-Owned Vehicle pricing.
  • Effectively manage all Pre-Owned Vehicle stock and monitor all Pre-Owned Vehicle return processes.
  • Produce accurate reports to measure the performance of the Remarketing program.
  • Analyse and assist with the Residual Value Setting process.
  • Build and maintain a healthy business relationship with our Third Party Suppliers, the Mercedes-Benz Franchise Agent network and our Key Fleet & Rental customers.
  • Providing support on key direct fleet sales including sourcing fleet stock.
  • Planning of all logístical movements for key Rental & Fleet companies.
  • Monitoring and responding to agent queries through our dealer query portal.

Qualifikationen:

  • What you will need to be successful:
  • Possess effective time management, planning, organization & interpersonal skills.
  • Be proactive, Diligent, Customer focus, selfstarter, able to multitask and work in a team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High level of competence in Microsoft Excel
  • Proficient in SAP (Desirable)
  • Knowledge of the motor industry, in particular the Used Car market (Desirable)
