The Role
Supporting operational excellence you are responsible for the life cycle of processes for our customers.

A highly autonomous position, you will need to hold excellent verbal and written communication skills, be a team player in a dynamic environment, and offer support to the sales team and commercial manager.

This is a part time role across 5 days (0.6 FTE) Central Location.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Map and document key business processes
and document operating procedures.

  • Ensuring that all transactions across the customer life cycle are executed within agreed timelines.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiencies and effectiveness
of key business processes.

  • Sales and Performance reporting
to the Commercial Manager.

  • Act as second line support for customer enquiries whilst ensuring that first line customer support is delivered in line with expectations.
  • Provide input into sales and marketing collateral.
  • Communicate and collaborate with key stakeholders, promoting key business values internally and externally.

Skills and Experience required:

  • Ability to operate autonomously in a dynamic team environment.
  • Produces high quality and accurate work with a strong attention to detail.
  • Delegates work appropriately managing time and priorities
effectively.

  • Demonstrated problem solving skills
and experience.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of the Microsoft suite, with Visio experience advantageous.
  • Passionate or experienced in the renewable energy sector a bonus.
  • Tertiary qualification in business, sales or marketing, highly desirable.
