This is an opportunity for an eager and efficient and Administrator to truly make this role their own.
We are looking for a full-time organisational guru to join our financial planning firm Link Wealth Group.

You'll work closely for the senior leaders in our group of businesses specialising in financial services to support the Directors and the People & Culture function of our business.


We are looking for someone who can organise, schedule and manage a variety of Business Support administration tasks required across all 3 of our businesses under the Link Wealth Group brand — especially for the two Directors, under the direction of the People & Culture Business Partner.

  • You are an enthusiastic problem solver who manages time well

  • Previous experience in an Administration role. PA or HR Administration experience will also be suitable.
  • Previous experience with technology, especially SharePoint and Employment Hero will be looked upon favourably
