General Office Support

If successful you will be responsible for all basic office tasks within Halogen DJ Company. This includes managing bookings, answering phones, and liaising with current and potential customers. You will represent the company on a professional level.
- Basic reading, writing and mathematical skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills ability to talk on the telephone A MUST.
- Excellent organization and memory skills.
- A professional and positive attitude to all aspects of your work.
- Ability to manage your time effectively and cope well in a fastpaced environment.
- Ability to build rapport with current and potential clients, and to generate sales.
- Intermediate computer skills A MUST.
- Experience preferred but not essential.
- Ability to pick up new skills quickly and very willing to learn.
