Close-knit, well established firm based in St Kilda looking for a vibrant and enthusiastic Office Administrator to join their dynamic team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Meeting and greeting clients
- Answering phones
- Preparation and distribution of client documents
- Liaising with external parties such as the ATO
- Provide administrative support to Accountants
- Update and maintain client database
- Adhoc administration as required
About You:
- Experience in Public Practice is preferred but not essential
- General computer knowledge
- Ability to work autonomously
- Highly organized and accurate attention to detail
- Proactive approach to work
- A willingness to learn
