This company is one of Australia's largest suppliers of instrumentation and electrical test & measurement equipment.

They have been in operation for decades and they have become the trusted supplier for not only state of the art technology and equipment, but also expert advice and services.


They supply all industries including OEM's, aviation, medical, universities, electrical trade, utilities, mining and many more, with a huge range of equipment catering for all forms of instruments.


Most importantly the culture of the team is driven and dynamic, but also very down to earth with a flat line management structure.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responding to incoming customer enquiries and leads for rental equipment
  • Providing technical advice around product selection for job purpose
  • Converting each enquiry into an order
  • Coordinating the delivery of the equipment

IDEAL CANDIDATE
To be considered for this position it is preferred that you have the below experience & qualities:

  • Sales/Customer service experience of any nature
  • Any form of prior technical experience within electrical, electronics, or instrumentation
  • Any prior exposure to test and measurement equipment
  • Any form of prior trade background (not essential, but a big advantage)
  • Great customer service skills
  • Computer Literacy
This is an internal office based role situated in the south west suburbs of Sydney.
