About the role

Our Clinic is looking for a full-time dynamic professional to join our Administration team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the teams, managing patient appointment bookings, offering reception services, and delivering outstanding support to our specialist clinicians.
Key responsibilities

  • Administer support to allied health specialists/clinicians and staff, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, handling calls and emails professionally and promptly
  • Handle patient billing, payments, and update records accurately
  • Adhere to healthcare standards and maintain patient confidentiality
  • Communicate effectively with referral networks, patients, and staff members
  • Address clinician-patient inquiries and assist in problem-solving
  • Support the clinic with general administrative tasks and other duties as needed

Essential criteria

  • Demonstrated experience in administrative support in a medical/healthcare setting
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Experience working independently and as part of a team
  • High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Friendly and proactive mindset towards work
  • Proficient in MS Office and computer literate, knowledge of practice management software is a plus
