You will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Answering and transferring phone calls;
  • Booking travel, accommodation and car hire;
  • Assisting HR and the accounts team;
  • Manage office supplies, consumables and other head office purchases;
  • Manage credit cards and enter transactions in a spreadsheet;
  • Data Entry; and
  • Other ad hoc duties around the office.
