Level 1, 12 Cribb Street, Milton, QLD 406- We are looking for a Sales Coordinator - New Equipment and Modernisation to be based in our office in Milton, Queensland.


  • About you
  • In this role, you will report to the General Manager
  • New Equipment and Modernization and support the sales team across all administrative tasks, including supporting backend Technical and sales processes, including sales support tasks.
  • It's an excellent role for someone looking to start their Sales career with OTIS.


 Your key responsibilities
  • Supporting the Sales Team across all sales activities and developing a sound functional knowledge of Otis systems required to estimate, manage, and monitor New Equipment and Modernization projects.
  • Use the inhouse CRM system daily to assist the Sales Consultants.
  • Develop a sound knowledge of Otis product range, the building and construction industry and relevant Codes applicable to the Supply, Installation and Modernization of lifts and escalators.
  • Perform backoffice tasks to assist the Sales Consultants.
  • Develop a sound knowledge of systems used by Builders to correspond with contractors and use these systems regularly.
  • What you will need to be successful
  • Have a Construction / Project Management / Engineering/ Business degree with 12 years of work experience within the Technical Admin and Customer Service/Sales specialization.
  • Open to graduates who possess excellent Customer Service and Sales skills. Those with experience within the Construction and or Engineering industry will be preferred.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Organized, structured, and able to handle multiple tasks and competing priorities.
Excellent attention to detail and results-driven. Good time management skills and possess strong organizational abilities.
