About the role
To support our success we are looking for a CX Manager to join the Member Experience and Insights team based in Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne.
As a Customer Experience Manager, you will make positive shifts to customer and business results by designing services and solving problems with a human lens and in line with Australian Retirement Trust's strategy.
You will utilise human-centred design methodologies to deeply understand our customers and our business needs, and design and support delivery of enhanced experiences.
This role is available as aninitial 12 month max-term/ secondment opportunity.
We are
flexible with location provided you can attend our
Brisbane,
Sydney or
Melbourne office at least once a week.
About you
If this is the right role for you, your skills and qualifications may include:
- Experience in Service Design, Customer Experience Design, Customer Research or Strategy.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively lead meetings and facilitate workshops to engage stakeholders, elicit outcomes and bring a diverse range of stakeholders on the journey.
- Advanced written and oral communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to targeted audiences.
