We currently have the capacity to provide a home to 15,000 students (and are growing) and we don't simply provide a bed and roof; we also provide a unique, amazing experience and a safe environment to help students make the most of their studies.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
We are seeking passionate and inspired Customer Experience superstars to join a team of legends as they deliver high-quality service to Scape residents.
Love variety in your role? This position offers no two days the same as you deliver quality service to ensure residents' stay at Scape is one to remember.
As the successful Customer Experience superstar you will act as the first point of contact and be directly responsible for the provision of front-of-house engagement, support and administrative services to all residents, stakeholders, and visitors to the asset in which they are based.
The role of Customer Experience requires:
- Exceptional face-to-face customer service/operations experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities, without compromising accuracy and customer service;
- Computer literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience of Accommodation or Customer Management Software; and
- Exceptional customer service including conflict resolution skills
