We are seeking a highly motivated
Program Manager to join our friendly team in Australia.
This role reports to the Head of ISC ANZ and will be responsible for:
- Interface operational requirements with IT / solutionsdriven process
- Support project management for ongoing retention account specific projects involving Continuous Improvement action items and account development planning
- Drive new business implementations which include SOP creation, KPI definition and solution design
- Design and drive customer quarterly business reviews
- Liaise internally with different Products teams to drive performance improvements
- Ensure that customer KPIs and continuous improvement initiatives are fulfilled
- Participate in selective solutioning and implementations of other ISC customers with the goal of broadening knowledge and experience
What are we looking for?
- 5+ years experience in ocean freight, including operational procedures
- Project management and change management skills
- Analytical skills and structured approach, detailoriented mentality and datadriven
- Proactive, result oriented and customer focused
- Experience in Purchase Order Management, Freight Management and Buyer Consolidation is preferred
