About the RoleThe Home Ecosystem Value Stream is a newly established team under Innovation, Partnerships, and Design, building products and services to help customers navigate the home-buying process.
We're looking for a Product Owner to own the roadmap, provide clarity, vision, and inspiration to the squad and stakeholders, and co-create seamless digital experiences that improve customer financial wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities- Aid the creation, prioritization, and sequencing of the features backlog and their release.
- Test and learn, utilizing data and feedback to continually improve the proposition.
- Champion our design principles and amplify the voice of the customer.
- Work closely with risk/legal partners, agile delivery leads, and other key stakeholders to ensure cohesive, safe, and compliant experiences for customers.
- Expertise as a digital product owner or product manager.
- Experience building and running consumer-facing digital experiences, demonstrated through a commitment to delivering exceptional user experiences.
- Critical thinking and a natural engager and influencer of stakeholders.
- Experience with agile ways of working through tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, and Slack.
