In this fast-paced role, we can guarantee you that no two days will ever be the same.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with another Senior Administrator to support a high-performing Principal and team.
  • Plan and execute sales campaigns, ensuring all deadlines are met.
  • Prepare essential documents, including PO Form 6's, Contracts, Commercial Tenancy Agreements, Information Memorandums, and Vendor Reports.
  • Coordinate with clients, solicitors, and professional consultants.
  • Oversee and coordinate property marketing activities with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to ensure top-tier client outcomes.
  • Handle inquiries and follow-ups promptly.
  • Manage end-to-end contracts administration, from offer to settlement.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in real estate administration is essential.
  • Adaptability to changing priorities and the ability to multi-task.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines effortlessly.
  • Keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suites.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team.
  • A strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
