Your duties will include but not be limited to:

  • Receiving internal casual hire calls from customers and generating the appropriate documentation.
  • Assisting on handling all access hiring equipment enquiries
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with existing customers and those on the pipeline to facilitate development and execution of tailored CVP for each customer.
  • Analyse available data to provide insights about existing and potential customers and to aid decision making on leads.
  • Assisting with machine allocation ensuring all customer orders have been fulfilled
  • Checking on Daily Hires status
  • Ensure follow up with customers and provide the appropriate sales information
  • Timely completion of all reporting requirements
  • Follow Access Policy and procedures to support achievement access hire targets
  • Provide constructive feedback to the Access Rental Manager on the performance of client development.
  • Ensure submission of enquiries, quote, demos to Access Rental Manager on a weekly report
  • Researching organisations and individuals to find new opportunities
  • Initiating interpersonal communication with clients to establish business relationships
  • Finding and developing new markets and improving casual hire client base
  • Maintain an efficient filing system for all customer accounts
  • Dealing with customers direct after hours as required
  • Obtain purchase orders as required
