The Role:
Our highly specialised Senior Health Business Banking team are looking for an experienced Senior Business Banker or Senior Relationship Manager to join them in managing and growing a hybrid portfolio of Broker customers.
This role is a customer interfacing role which proactively manages the customer relationships and meet their needs by providing fully integrated financial service solutions through the most cost effective and appropriate channels.
Critical to the success of this role is the ability of the Manager to develop and maintain professional relationships with key stakeholders to grow their portfolio with new customers.
Day to day:
Developing and managing a portfolio of key business banking customers and referral partnersAssessing economic value and risk potential of new businessEducating customers about their business options and providing sound advice about risk and opportunities for growthProactively calling on networks of contacts to help identify new business and referral opportunitiesImplementing initiatives to support customer acquisition in my local marketWorking with customers on their proposed annual business plansPreparing and submitting customer lending proposalsWorking with team members
