About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Relationship Manager to join our Commercial Banking team in Brisbane. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our commercial clients, identifying new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to grow our commercial banking portfolio.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with Senior Relationship Managers to ensure seamless delivery of commercial banking services.
  • Conduct financial analysis and risk assessments to ensure the quality of our commercial lending portfolio.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in commercial banking or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial banking products and services, with a focus on emerging corporate and commercial banking.
