Role Description/Criteria

Our school is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic person to join our Administration team on a part time basis.

This role begins as soon as possible, by negotiation, and at this stage, is for the remainder of the 2023 school year.


Days and hours of work include: Monday 8:30am-1:00pm, Wednesday 8:00am - 4:30pm and Friday 8:30am - 1:00pm during school terms.

This may vary according to school needs.

The successful applicant will demonstrate their ability to meet the following criteria:

  • Strong IT skills including, but not limited to Microsoft office, GAFE, Google suite.
  • Ability to be resourceful and have a desire to learn other schoolbased systems.
  • Experience with ICON, Nforma and Operoo is desirable.
  • Excellent phone and face to face manner with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
  • Interpersonal skills that portray a welcoming atmosphere, friendly disposition and helpful nature;
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Strong and efficient organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload.
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously or as part of a team
  • Ability to work set hours, as well as extra hours by mutual agreement.
  • An understanding of and commitment to promoting the Catholic nature of the School
  • Have (or able to obtain) a current Employee Working with Children Check and National Police Check prior to commencement.
