We have an opportunity for an office administrator in our Sunshine West warehouse.
This is a full time, permanent position and is available for an immediate start;
About the role
Your major duties include, but are not limited to
- Processing Banking and petty cash;
- Answering telephone calls;
- Process invoices and other accounting items into Quickbooks
- Filing hard and soft copy documents;
- Customer service on the phone or counter as required;
- Helping team members in a small dynamic team.
About You
To be successful in this role will you need to demonstrate the following competencies:
- 1-2 years’ experience in Administration;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Strong customer focus;
- High attention to detail;
- Ability to work autonomously, but also be part of a team;
- Knowledgeable in using MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Experience with Quickbooks
Salary package: $50,000-$55,000 per year
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
