Your new role:
Reporting to the General Manager in Human Resources based in our brand new Head Office in Redbank, the role primarily supports the Managing Director and the Ausco Modular Executive team providing proactive and trusted support.
- Provide and maintain a high level of confidential, accurate and well organised personal assistance to the MD and the Executive team
- Undertake special projects as requested by the MD and the Executive Team
- Prepare internal and external corporate documents for team members and industry partners
- Arrange corporate events, conferences and functions with complex and detailed agendas
- Engage in the organisation's performance review processes
- Minute taking / Action items (global leadership team meetings)
- Be proactive and use your initiative to manage issues or challenges that have the potential to impact the Managing Director or the Executive team
What you will bring to the role:
With this dynamic role you will possess excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise work as required.
Other required skills and experience include:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as an Executive Assistant reporting to senior management
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with an ability to become familiar with company specific programs and software
- Strong organisational, project management and problemsolving skills with impeccable multitasking abilities
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and communication skills
- Self motivation, proactive and ability to work well in a team environment
