About this role:


As Office Manager you will be the go-to person for all thing's administration and operations for this premium importer, distributer and supplier of handmade ceramics, natural stone and bespoke tiles.

You will be part of a small, creative team who deliver exceptional service and product.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answering phones.
  • Allocation of stock from the warehouse and orders from local and international suppliers.
  • Manage logistics.
  • Manage all infrastructure, making sure everything works from phones to air conditioning.
  • Working with the sales and design team to ensure successful fulfillment of orders.
  • Maintain office supplies.
  • Provide outstanding client relationship management.
  • Liaise with bookkeeping.

Skills and Experience

  • Experience in office management, ideally within the design sector
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite (especially Excel and Word) and MYOB.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Problem solving attitude.
