About this role:
As Office Manager you will be the go-to person for all thing's administration and operations for this premium importer, distributer and supplier of handmade ceramics, natural stone and bespoke tiles.
Key Responsibilities
- Answering phones.
- Allocation of stock from the warehouse and orders from local and international suppliers.
- Manage logistics.
- Manage all infrastructure, making sure everything works from phones to air conditioning.
- Working with the sales and design team to ensure successful fulfillment of orders.
- Maintain office supplies.
- Provide outstanding client relationship management.
- Liaise with bookkeeping.
Skills and Experience
- Experience in office management, ideally within the design sector
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite (especially Excel and Word) and MYOB.
- High attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Problem solving attitude.
