About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Portfolio Management Unit as a Distribution Strategy Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for setting the distribution strategy of loan portfolios for Global Corporate & Investment Banking for APAC (GCIB APAC).

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze data and develop distribution strategies to enhance profitability of loan portfolios and increase distribution amounts and velocity.
  • Collaborate with products and credit offices to establish and manage primary and secondary warehouses of loan distribution books and related decision-making and monitoring processes.
  • Make recommendations to management and committees for new or updated guidance to enhance profitability and increase distribution.
  • Monitor distribution books and track progress of key performance indicators (KPIs) against targets and report to supervisors and management regularly.
  • Build and scale MIS tools to create transparency of primary underwriting and secondary distribution results and pipelines.
  • Lead communication to liaise with each country and product to execute portfolio strategies.
Requirements
  • 7 years of experience working in the financial industry.
  • 5 years of experience in financial products, deal structure, origination, and distribution processes.
  • Experience in managing regional projects.
  • Good strategic planning skills and communication/presentation skills to influence stakeholders.
  • Completed relevant bachelor's degree or above.
