Purpose of the Role:

The role demands strong planning and organisational skills to manage daily tasks that ensure smooth office operations and effective social media engagement. It also involves handling ad-hoc tasks as they arise. This includes overseeing day-to-day administrative tasks, creating content for social media, formatting documents and presentations, managing ongoing projects, and completing one-off assignments that meet client deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Office Operations
- Oversee the day-to-day functioning of the office, including answering calls, managing office supplies and mail inbox and coordinating with building management and external vendors when needed.
- Provide administrative and IT guidance to the team.
- Coordinate and plan internal events and office meetings, ensuring smooth execution.
- Oversee the onboarding process for new staff, including setting up accounts and devices, managing contracts, and ensuring a smooth integration into the company.
- Provide secretarial assistance to the General Manager as needed.
- Format, print, and bind documents for meetings and presentations as needed.
- Content and Marketing
- Develop and execute marketing and social media strategies for business development, including job advertisements, social media posts, and proposals.
- Design and create visually engaging content for social media, internal/external documents, and presentations using Canva.
- Ensure timely and efficient delivery of marketing materials, collaborating with the team to meet deadlines.
- Ongoing updates to the website to ensure alignment with current business operations.
- Copywriting and designing web pages using industry specific web builder.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in office management, marketing, content creation or a similar role.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Copywriting skills
- Experience with website builders (no HTML experience necessary)
- Creative flair with experience using Canva or similar design tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with email marketing is a bonus.
