ABOUT THE ROLE
We currently have some exciting opportunities available for experienced People and Culture Professionals to join team NSW Ambulance.
The People & Culture Business Partnering function provides strategic and operational human resource management across the State with a strong strategic focus and commitment to enhancing the employee experience.
Reporting into the Associate Director People & Culture Business Partnering, the People & Culture Business Partnering team partner with the business units they support to drive people initiatives that are central to the broader business objectives.
They provide strategic and operational advice and support to their respective stakeholders on all areas of the employee lifecycle including complex people matters, cyclical people activities, performance management, grievance and workplace concerns resolution, leadership capability and development, and change management.

ABOUT YOU
KEY SELECTION CRITERIA
- Tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience and a demonstrated understanding of Human Resource Management.
- Ability to develop effective working relationships with key stakeholders at all levels of the business and ability to deliver to business requirements while adhering to policy, procedure and legislative requirements.
- Experience providing best practice advice and directly managing a caseload of complex people related matters and a solid knowledge of employee and industrial relations.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills in order to work effectively in a high volume and fast
- Demonstrated initiative, resilience, and the capability to work autonomously and as part of a high performing team.
- Superior communication skills, both written and verbal and high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
