Key Responsibilities- Provide strategic advice and guidance to senior leaders on HR-related matters, including employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
- Develop and implement HR initiatives to drive business outcomes, such as improving employee engagement, reducing turnover, and enhancing diversity and inclusion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver HR programs, policies, and processes that support business objectives.
