Job Description:


An exciting opportunity has arisen for a professional and well organised Finance & Administration Assistant to join our highly successful and market leading Residential team.


In this fast-paced role, you will be based in the Melbourne CBD office above our state-of-the-art project showroom, you will assist with administrative and financial tasks for some of Melbourne's most sought-after residential projects from launch to completion, as well as assisting with any ad hoc office administrative tasks.


Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Processing the daily banking and receipting for the Residential division
  • Liaise with solicitors regarding sale documentation as requested and general correspondence, and contract status
  • Invoicing and processing supplier payments
  • Processing Contracts of Sale
  • Assist in the maintaining of filing and data entry
  • Assist with other administrative duties and reception cover as required

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role you will possess the following skills:

  • Excellent communication and organisation skills
  • At least 2 years' experience in office administrative or team support within the property or legal sector
  • Ability to work in faced paced, highstakes environment
  • Ability to prioritise, deal with several matters and work to strict deadlines
  • High attention to detail
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Common sense approach to problem solving
