The Role


The Recruitment/HR Coordinator will work under the guidance of the HR Business Partners to ensure proper administration and coordination of HR processes across the organisation.

What you need to bring

  • Qualification in Human Resource Management or working towards
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
  • Experience in administration, recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Demonstrated ability to build productive and professional relationships
  • Current and contemporary knowledge of best practice HRM
  • Ability to operate with a mindset of best practice and continuous improvement
  • High level of honesty, integrity, confidentiality and teamwork
  • Valid Department of Human Services (DHS) Working with Children Check. (previously known as 'Child-Related Employment Screening Clearance')
  • Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Valid driver's licence

Desirable

  • Experience working in a large notforprofit organisation
  • Experience working within the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Award 2010
  • Experience using Preceda Payroll, HR Onboard, Expr3ss Recruitment, Kineo and Microsoft Teams
  • Australian Human Resources Institute Membership
