About the Opportunity
As a Supply Chain Excellence Specialist, you will partner with business leaders within this medical device organisation.

Your role will support, guide and drive supply chain improvement activities, focusing on process optimisation, lean deployment programs, and the adoption of new supply chain technologies.

This role is crucial to establishing standardised operating procedures, continuous improvement programs, and monitoring progress in supply chain operations.

You will report to the Head of Supply Chain and collaborate with various stakeholders across the company focusing on business outcomes.


Duties & Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with supply chain leads and process owners to drive functional process improvements.
  • Develop and deploy standardised Supply Chain KPIs.
  • Implement lean and 6S principles and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Analyse business processes and implement worldclass processes.
  • Train and support team members in extending improvement initiatives.
  • Lead and oversee transformational projects across the region.
  • Ensure compliance with inventory control and technical work procedures.
  • Maintain ISO 9001:2008 compliance
  • Drive change initiatives and support the change management process.

Skills and Experience

  • Experience working in the Healthcare Industry preferred
  • Leadership and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working in Operations & Supply Chain
  • Demonstrated experience implementing processes and driving process improvement
  • Project Management experience
  • SAP experience
  • Lean six sigma certification
