In this role you will

  • Ensure robust system design and development processes by implementing quality standards for specification, coding, testing, and comprehensive documentation throughout the software development life cycle.
  • Take ownership of technology delivery within major project milestones.
  • Drive agile excellence by actively participating and coordinating resources within a technologyfocused agile team, contributing to story creation, task breakdown, and agile board management.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive and businessfriendly technical documentation to support business cases and solution designs.
  • Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders to strategically plan resource allocation for testing, architecture, release, deployment, IT support, and technical documentation.
  • Stay updated on advanced technologies and innovative techniques through technical scans and research to enable effective intelligent systems solutions.

About you

  • A proven track record of leading and managing software development teams, fostering innovation, and consistently achieving highquality results.
  • Demonstrated skills and experience in successfully delivering software solutions and projects within a large and complex organization.
  • Proven experience working in a modern Agile development team, including the management of technical solutions.
  • Expertise in CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment) environments, contributing to efficient software development processes.
  • Ability to adapt to complex product ecosystems, facilitating effective software development within a dynamic and evolving context.
