**Role Description**:
We are seeking a skilled Multimedia Specialist to join our expanding Marketing Department. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and coordinating various types of visual content to support our marketing efforts.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop engaging multimedia presentations that effectively communicate our brand and messaging.
- Collaborate with designers and CG artists to create compelling marketing materials, including videos and graphics.
- Coordinate the production of multimedia content, such as videos, animations, and graphics.
- Test and optimize content to ensure compatibility with event exhibition equipment.
- Produce high-quality content for our Centaur website.
- Identify and engage freelancers or agencies for specialized tasks, when necessary.
- Coordinate the production of training videos that explain how to use Centaur Software products.
- Ensure all design tasks are delivered on time and align with company priorities and project deadlines.
- Collaborate with network specialists to address web-related and technical issues.
- Assist the Marketing Department with other tasks as needed.

**Requirements**:
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Video Production or Multimedia.
- Fluent knowledge of spoken and written Russian to be applied in dealings with our office in Eastern Europe.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects, Encoder, and InDesign.
- Extensive knowledge of the entire video content production process.
- Hands-on experience with video rendering software, capable of meeting technical requirements such as resolution, frame rate, and colour space.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong prioritization skills and the ability to work effectively under deadlines.
- Familiarity with the latest design trends and technologies.
- A degree or relevant certifications in Multimedia, Design, or a related field is desirable, but not mandatory.
