Marketing Lead - Ziplet

As the Marketing Lead for Ziplet, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing the marketing strategy for Ziplet, a product within the NousCubane portfolio.

The role includes:

  • direct B2C digital marketing for Ziplet's global teacher app, sold directly to teachers in more than 150 countries.
  • and supporting B2B lead generation for Ziplet's tertiary student experience product

The role is fast-paced, with the need to maintain strong connections across Ziplet as well as NousCubane.

As Marketing Lead, you will:

  • B2C digital marketing for Ziplet's global teacher app
    • Manage the strategic planning and execution for direct teacher acquisitions across the US, UK, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand and Singapore, including organic and paid channels
    • Generate , including in-app marketing communications and supporting EDMs
    • Monitor, report and track key marketing metrics,
  • B2B lead generation for Ziplet's tertiary student experience product
    • Develop and manage the strategy for Ziplet's B2B product
    • Lead Ziplet's use and management of NousCubane's CRM (Salesforce) across multiple geographies
  • Drive Ziplet's entire digital presence including website, paid and organic content, EDMs, and social media
  • Continual improvement and knowledge generation around Ziplet and NousCubane marketing processes

A bit about you:

  • 5+ years' experience direct digital marketing experience, including search-based and social media advertising
  • Demonstrated experience developing and implementing marketing strategies
  • Experience working with Agile development principles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to diagnose, identify and deliver on marketing opportunities
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail, and the ability to self-manage priorities
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and take initiative within a global team environment
  • A proactive approach to self-education in new areas as technology evolves
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with the education sector is highly regarded.
