Marketing Lead (Client Experience)

We have an awesome opportunity for a Marketing Lead to join our team.

We are genuinely doing things differently and this is the opportunity to make a real impact by bringing your experience and passion for account and industry based marketing strategies to create more immersive client value propositions for Mantel Group.


This new role will lead a focused account based marketing team to develop and enhance our narrative and messaging in the market and to our targeted growth and strategic clients.

You will report to our Chief Client Officer.


You will be responsible for ensuring Mantel Group is strategically positioned with our target clients as the preferred partner of choice for end to end solutions across Digital, Cloud and Data technology.


Your priorities will include:

  • Lead in a collaborative, transparent, optimistic culture in line with our principles for the marketing team.
  • Lead and liaise with our various stakeholders & partners (Sales Organisation, Account Management Teams, Brands, and Partners)
  • Develop and mature client/account based marketing action plans targeting existing clients to grow the depth and breath of the relationships and ultimately Mantel Groups share of wallet with the target clients
  • Along with the CCO, develop and implement a gotomarket techniques that simplify and combine our brand offerings into a consistent set of value propositions our clients can understand and consume.
  • Work alongside the sellers in Mantel Group to develop target thought leadership solutions that target existing clients (growth and strategic named clients)
Go-to-market and Industry/Client based Marketing

  • Through brands and account management teams, develop, align and be accountable for GTM initiatives that target specific clients and industries to support Mantel Group's growth and success.
  • Demonstrate impact through a clear framework of metrics and KPIs that show funnel growth, and revenue in the target client accounts.
  • Measure, analyse and report on the impact of the account based marketing plans against sales funnel and ultimately revenue.
  • Utilise a Salesforce (SFDC) and other tools to develop repeatable processes for Account Based Marketing (ABM) strategies
  • Ensure consistent and effective collaboration between all stakeholders, well cadenced reporting and quality interactions with Brands, Account teams and Delivery teams across Mantel Group.
  • Contribute to sales funnel and ultimately revenue growth for named clients/accounts.
Value Proposition Development

  • Develop clear value propositions and sales collateral that drive a unified end to end story of Mantel Group offerings to named clients/accounts.
  • Catalog Mantel Group's brands' capability and service offerings and reposition the capability into a value proposition that are simplified and well understood by clients
  • Ability to interpret technical solution and offerings and translate into sales collateral positioned as solutions to business problems
  • Translate a services catalog from multiple brands to a single Mantel Group brand grouped into Digital, Data and Cloud thematics
  • Create sales collateral that is targeted and curated to suit specific industry or client needs and wants
Thought Leadership

  • Work with brands and account management teams to create curated content (digital, social and face to face) target specific industry or clients
  • Develop a consistent language and brand message for Mantel Group in client facing content
  • Work with account management teams and brand technical specialists to enable opinionated content pieces on emerging technology or new ways of working to engage target industries or clients
  • Coordinate events for Mantel Group that drive face to face connections and opportunities to develop relationships with industry and clients
Operations and Processes

  • Build and Lead a team that supports the marketing initiatives outlines for Mantel Group
  • Utilise Salesforce to plan, execute and report on
