- Own the Employee Benefits Program
- Lead employee education and communications for Compensation & Benefits programs
- Lead HR Operations activities including as the affiliate SME for WorkDay
- Own internal & external HRrelated survey submissions
Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or Human Resource Management
- 5+ years of experience in HR supporting at least operations and C&B
- Knowledge and general understanding of HR policies and legislation
- Strong analytical, prioritisation, collaboration and execution skills
