We are looking for an outstanding Data Product Manager, MDM, to join our Technology & Operations Customer Data Domain team.
IAG is going through a strategic technology platforms simplification program, and Master Data Management (MDM) is a central capability. The tier 1 MDM TIBCO EBX solution provides the golden records for customer and reference data for the main on-line transactional systems and systems of Insights.
As a part of this role, you will be responsible for shaping our vision, strategy, roadmap, and priorities of Master Data Management data products. You will be responsible for the data product strategy, data product roadmap, DevOps team, senior stakeholder management, safeguard quality assurance and operations.
This role is Sydney based and involves a hybrid work model.
ABOUT YOU
We're looking for a Manager, Data Product Manager, MDM, with excellent collaboration skills, a knack for innovation, and a focus on customer satisfaction, along with the following experience:
Advanced experience in technology Product Development and Management, with a strong focus on strategic alignment, lean startup mindset and senior stakeholder management. Advanced experience in Data, with a preference for Customer Data. Master Data Management technologies (especially Customer Data Management and Referential Data Management) are very nice to have. Advanced experience creating and nourishing high-performing, motivated DevOps teams for Tier 1 applications. Advanced experience in people leadership and people's development. Advanced work experience in fast-paced and dynamic environments where scaled agile frameworks are in use. Advanced ability and techniques on facilitation, being able to support alignment and conflict resolution in both technical and business spheres. Advanced ability in storytelling and translating business/technical language, simplifying communication and promoting better understanding amongst cross-skilled initiatives. JIRA Software, Confluence, Miro and relevant facilitation tools Solid reporting, budget, risk & issue management
