We are a people powered business.

So, we're looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to deliver administration of the business key people processes including recruitment, onboarding and employee relations and provide first point of contact for HR business support to the National Convention Centre's team.

This is a part time role, 3 days per week.

Every day is different at, but you'll mostly be:

  • Ensuring timely and correct planning, recording and tracking of colleague activities and changes
  • Competing recruitment administration tasks
  • In conjunction with the HR manager support the business leaders providing industrial relations information, award interpretation and payroll understanding.
  • Implementation of company policies
  • Oversee the colleague journey from onboarding to exit

What We need from you:

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • High level of competency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel and Powerpoint
  • Ability to quickly learn new systems
  • Previous HR administration experience is highly regarded
  • Bachelor's Degree in a Business related field
  • Strong time management, efficiency, and the ability to adapt and prioritise work under pressure
  • Demonstrated experience dealing with confidentiality and data privacy
