About the Role:


You will put CX and EX first, establishing key relationships with clients and partners to drive revenue and quality of business for the region, understanding requirements and matching these to our high-quality services, whilst ensuring maximum client satisfaction.

In addition, you will also need to be able to respond to RFI/RFPs, prepare proposals, deliver executive presentations, and negotiate with key stakeholders and decision makers, adhere to reporting and governance requirements customer-centric, you will be flexible and able to multitask and prioritise.


Responsibilities:

  • End to end delivery and servicing of all customer contracts within the territory
  • Setting clear KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) within the business unit specifically those of the Account Directors
  • Ensuring the ongoing management of the business development pipeline for the territory and delivery of the expected revenue results to budget
  • Ensuring the expected profitability of the territory through the oversight and direct management of the rates negotiated with customers
  • Management of the salary and REM banding within billable staff to ensure that expected %GM is delivered across the customer portfolio within the territory
  • Oversight of the total utilisation rates within the territory to effectively manage the balance between profitability of customers and engagement of our people
  • Oversight and management of the relationships between Planit and our customers, ensuring that we are delivering services as agreed and the overall satisfaction of the customers, including as required retention and growth across the portfolio
  • Part of the senior leadership team within ANZ, providing high quality local tactical and strategic leadership
  • Direct management of the AD teams, collaboration with leadership within the AU/NZ territories and collaboration with supporting shared services within Planit
  • Day to day management of the branch office in collaboration with P&C and Finance as required including the curation of culture within the physical office space

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Experience working in a Senior Leadership Team/Executive Leadership Team with direct experience in reporting and presenting to executive leadership
  • Strong demonstration of business management experience, primarily focused on business growth, desirable for this to have been in the enterprise technology and professional services sectors
  • Results orientated and driven by core financial and customer metrics
  • Experience in building complex responses to tenders or statements of work and delivering enterprise services against core contract terms
  • Demonstrated commitment to values and culture led organisations
  • Demonstrated commitment to organisational diversity
  • Strong and welldeveloped people leadership experience and skill including exposure to common leadership and development frameworks including performance management
  • Experience in the development and rollout of performancebased remuneration in sales and account management functions
  • Ability to manage complex multistakeholder environments
  • Strategic thinking, planning and creative problemsolving skills
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and in a fluid, ambiguous and culturally diverse environment
  • Experience in project management and delivery of complex, mediumbudget (up to $2M) programs of work
