Rentokil Initial (the world's largest pest control company) has an exciting position available for an Acquisition Integrations Support Manager to join our vibrant, passionate, fast paced team.


About the Role:


This position requires a broad and comprehensive understanding in multiple disciplines relevant to the business in order to prepare and project manage integration plans for acquired businesses focussing on all aspects of the businesses operations as we integrate into the wider Rentokil Initial systems.

The role will have a focus on building rapport and relationship with the owner(s) and new colleagues to facilitate a smooth transition through integration to Rentokil Initial Ways of Working.


The main duties for this role will include, but not be limited to:

  • Assist the Acquisition Integration Project Manager in due diligence exercises
  • Engage many stakeholders internally and externally in a structured manner using the project management tools available
  • Identify and prioritise change management of short, medium and long term tasks
  • Ensuring all integration actions are completed on time, within budget and to a high standard
  • Developing an indepth understanding of the target business systems and processes
  • GAP analysis between the target business and RI for systems and processes
  • Ensure all company policies and procedures are understood through training and awareness and practised by all staff
  • Ability to travel nationally and extensively sometimes with short notice
  • Understanding of Work Place Safety best practices
  • Project Management Certification (preferred)
  • Experience with significant change management projects
  • 35 years in a leadership role
  • Industry experience and knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent PC skills, report preparing and attention to detail
  • Understanding of project management software such as Asana
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet KPI's
  • Strong problem solving skills with the ability to think outside the box
