About the role.**:


The PMO provides support in the delivery of our client's ICT Program including quality, compliance, risk management, estimation, scheduling and methodology.

Due to additional workload, the team is seeking to engage an experienced PMO Coordinator to assist in financial year-end activities as well as gearing up for next year's Program of Work.


Key Responsibilities.**:

  • Assist in establishing and maintaining quality PMO services by incorporating corporate and business standards, project methodology and governance, and facilitating and contributing to project management forums.
  • Provide key stakeholders ICT portfolio reports with analysis for use at the operational, tactical and strategic level with a focus on time and budget performance and governance issues
  • Monitor project budget development activities for the ICT Program of Work including new and continuing projects.
  • Undertake project compliance activities such as reporting, project management artefact audits, phase progressions and analysis of schedule data
  • Lead the coordination and management of the project variation review process including analysing data for ICT Program of Work impacts
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the understanding and acceptance of project plans, standards and methodologies including the development and delivery of induction material for new staff.

Highly desirable criteria.**:

  • Experience in the use an enterprise project management system.

Skills and experience.**:

  • Proven ability to coordinate an ICT program of work in a large, diverse, and complex organisation.
  • Demonstrated interpersonal, consultative, negotiation, and communication skills to clearly express, influence and support change program outcomes that meet the expectations of customers.
  • Experience and knowledge of current project management practices including financial/budget management, performance reporting, quality management, risk management, planning and change management.
  • Highlevel ability to interpret project status reports, map trends and make recommendations to assist executive management make wellinformed decisions.
