Responsibilities:

  • Building trust with your clients, and a collaborative partnership with all stakeholders
  • Provide solutions to Workers Compensation and Risk Management obstacles
  • Improve clients' performance with risk mitigation methods
  • Working in a multi-disciplinary team and sharing your expertise with others
  • Generate new and expanded business opportunities
  • Lead the national Client Service team
Day-to-day this might include:
  • Maintaining daily relationships with clients and their executives on projects
  • Project managing client deliverables
  • Bringing technical knowledge to discussions in claims, premiums and policies
  • Recommend suitable solutions from client analysis activities, including claims, premiums and policy structures
  • Being a mentor in business development and colleague development

What you need to have:
  • Relevant Degree (desirable)
  • Solid experience in Workers Compensation Advisory or closely related role
  • Thorough knowledge of Workers Compensation legislation and current market conditions
  • Current Driver's License
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Experience in coaching and mentoring of clients and colleagues
