We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and confident Onsite Administration Assistant to join our high performing team, for a full time 12-month contract.


About the Role


Due to continued growth within our business, we have an exciting opportunity for an Onsite Administration Assistant to join our team.

You will provide administrative, clerical, and general project support to project team members including office and site-based staff and be the first point of contact to all guests onsite.

Supporting the Senior Project Manager and project team, your responsibilities include, but not limited to;

  • Client & Guest Service Delivery
  • Effectively manage the Project Team Administrative Tasks
  • Maintain and manage the site office maintenance system
  • Quality Control

You will possess the following qualifications, skills and experience:

  • Proficient use and knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong organisation and time management skills
  • Previous experience in administration or similar
  • Permanent residency or Citizenship of Australia
  • Valid Driver's Licence in South Australia
