We are currently recruiting a
Training Administrator to work for our client with the Government Business enterprise sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement processes and tools to support the management of scheduling
  • Maintain training schedules in line with the training plan
  • Manage training registrations, invitations, and the rescheduling of participants
  • Work alongside organisations training team
  • Analyse data related to training scheduling, attendance, and evaluation
  • Develop and maintain reporting to keep a wide range of stakeholders informed

Key Skills & Experiences:

  • Experience with Schedule training through LMS
  • Great time management skills and experience meeting tight deadlines
  • Stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Experiencing in managing training schedules
