_Our client is a privately owned High Investment Advisory Firm providing Asset Management, Wealth Advisory and SMSF consulting solutions to a wide range of clientele._

  • As an Office Administrator / Personal Assistant you will be responsible for the smooth and efficient running of the office, general businessrelated activities and ensuring client requirements are met in a professional and caring manner._

Who will you be working with?
You will be working within a team of 25+ and will be reporting directly into the Head of Operations.

What will you be doing?

  • General office, administration and secretarial duties as required
  • Scheduling appointments and client meetings
  • Manage distribution of incoming mail
  • Arrange travel
  • Assist in preparing client reports for distribution
  • Assist in preparing PowerPoint presentations when required
  • Manage client communications via Mailchimp (or similar)
  • Manage internal technologies (VC, printers etc)
  • Engaging with suppliers
  • Marketing assistance and attending to catering requirements
  • Basic website updating (via WordPress) preferred

What do you need?

  • Outstanding attention to detail, highlevel data entry accuracy
  • Ability to use initiative, be proactive and work autonomously
  • Strong IT / Office 365 knowledge preferred
  • Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Experience in dealing with clients.
