About the Position

Join the team as a Ward Clerk in the Intensive Care Unit at Warringal Private Hospital. Be the crucial support for patients and their families, assisting in clerical tasks from admission to discharge.

This role is perfect for an experienced hospital administrator, given the high level of care needed.

Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for someone with strong administrative skills, ideally with experience in the Health Industry. Proactivity, attention to detail, and efficient time management are key. Experience with Patient Management Systems is highly desirable.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Strong time management skills
  • Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
  • Respect for privacy and confidentiality
  • Intermediate computer knowledge and literacy
  • Prior experience in a similar role within a healthcare setting
  • Familiarity with health fund contracts
