**About the role**:
An exciting opportunity currently exists for enthusiastic and highly experienced clerks to join our workforce Allocations department.

**About the department**:
The Allocations department is responsible for timely deployment of casual and permanent nursing and support staff into ward vacancies operating 7 days a week from 6am to 10pm.

To be successful in this role you must demonstrate:

- **Previous experience working with casual staff allocation.**:

- **well-developed customer service, communication and negotiation skills**:

- **competence in data entry, typing and work processing**:

- **ability to work autonomously and under pressure situations**:

- **experience in a reception / secretary role**

Selection Criteria Essential: Experience in reception / telephonist role
Essential: Experience in data entry and typing
Essential: Flexibility to work weekdays and weekends between 0600 and 2200 hrs
