Our main campus calls Sydney home, with additional spots in Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, and Adelaide. But the beauty is, you get to pick where and how you work. We believe in empowering our team to find the right balance to reach their goals.

What your role entails

As Canva grows, change is in our DNA. It's all part of the excitement. This will give you a peek into what you'll tackle initially, but keep in mind it may evolve.

Currently, the focus is on:

  • Implementing & optimizing triggered communication flows using Pardot & Braze
  • Prioritizing stakeholder requests against team capacity
  • Tracking and sharing impact with senior stakeholders

If you're a fit, you likely have:

  • B2B Systems integration experience - knowledge of B2B comms tools like Pardot and Braze
  • Messaging expertise - enhancing user experience via lifecycle
  • Technical skills - creating triggers for non-native data inputs in marketing tools
  • Automation mindset - crafting scalable solutions in global contexts
  • Appreciation for Canva's uniqueness - incorporating our value proposition into your recommendations
  • Business acumen - forecasting impact and prioritizing ideas
  • Building solid relationships across the organization
  • SaaS experience is a must

About the team

Canva's Lifecycle Marketing Team is dedicated to helping users succeed and grow with Canva. We focus on delighting users, offering educational content, and running experiments to keep learning and improving. We excel at using our channels to provide tangible value to users.

The B2B Specialist in the Lifecycle Marketing team will play a vital role in our platform consolidation project and help shape how we engage with leads and users. Collaborating with MarTech and Marketing Operations, you'll design communication flows to guide leads to find the right product within Canva, onboard them to Canva for Enterprise, and help them unlock continuous value.
