As they continue to evolve and enhance their customer interactions, they are seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Executive who can contribute fresh ideas and strategies to foster deeper connections with customers.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute endtoend lifecycle marketing campaigns, from onboarding to retention and winback strategies.
  • Collaborate with data analysts to segment customers, identify trends, and create personalized communication approaches.
  • Design and optimize customer journey maps, ensuring a seamless and delightful experience at every touchpoint.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights for continuous improvement and optimization.
  • Work closely with creative teams to develop impactful and visually appealing marketing assets.
  • Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in lifecycle marketing.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM, or related roles, preferably within the retail sector.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to derive actionable insights from customer behavior data.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative lifecycle marketing strategies.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
