Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Marketing teams and service lines to elevate the Marketing function within the Residential Projects team in VIC
  • Create Information Memorandums using InDesign
  • Support in producing corporate and team promotional marketing materials
  • Manage online presence on commercial real estate platforms
  • Improve marketing quality through innovative strategies and advanced techniques
  • Create website and social media graphics and content with precision and on-time delivery
  • Utilize CRM and Salesforce systems for efficient marketing campaign execution
  • Aid in creating marketing collateral and templates
  • Assist with campaign briefs, design, and publication
  • Handle client marketing budgets and invoices effectively
  • Design property marketing materials including brochures, EDM flyers, and other required collateral
  • Develop high-quality invitations and event materials
  • Perform property marketing mark-ups and map illustrations
  • Undertake administrative tasks and provide support as necessary


Desired Qualifications:

  • Prior experience as a Marketing Manager in the Property Industry
  • Familiarity with MS Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Ability to analyze marketing data for informed decision-making
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills to meet deadlines
  • Excellent writing and proofreading abilities
