General Administrative Responsibilities

  • Provide support and backup to other Administrative functions as required
  • Answer phones and direct enquiries as needed
  • Provide administrative support to the Operations Manager Manager
  • Report writing
  • Maintaining Registers
  • Mailing and banking duties
  • Stationary management
  • Maintaining staff and clients files
  • Proficient Literacy and Numeracy skills
  • Data entry skills
  • MS Office capable particularly Excel and Word
  • Attention to detail, organisational and time management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to plan, prioritise and organise work tasks around deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills with an ability to interact with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Ability to adapt to various situations and changing priorities.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with others.

Obtain or willingness to obtain Workers Screening Card

Reliable personal vehicle

Job Types:

Part-time hours: 38 per week

Salary:
$ $30.46 per hour
