General Administrative Responsibilities
- Provide support and backup to other Administrative functions as required
- Answer phones and direct enquiries as needed
- Provide administrative support to the Operations Manager Manager
- Report writing
- Maintaining Registers
- Mailing and banking duties
- Stationary management
- Maintaining staff and clients files
- Proficient Literacy and Numeracy skills
- Data entry skills
- MS Office capable particularly Excel and Word
- Attention to detail, organisational and time management skills
- Demonstrated ability to plan, prioritise and organise work tasks around deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills with an ability to interact with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Ability to adapt to various situations and changing priorities.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with others.

Reliable personal vehicle
