About this role

The primary focus of this role is to supervise the Front of House team and oversee the office facilities and office support services provided by the Administration team.

A secondary focus is to contribute and participate in other general maintenance & development facets of the integrated HSEQ system (AMS), under the guidance of and with the support of the local AMS Coordinator.


What will I do?

  • Oversee Front of House including concierge, catering and events and be responsible for FoH performance, training and development and career planning
  • Collaboration with the Administration team for general office support duties and coordinate the regional switchboard schedule including managing coverage provided
  • Member of the Community and Place Committee.
  • Working with the leadership team in developing strategies to support the business in achieving targets. This will involve ensuring collaborative relationships exist between the Office Services team and all staff and external stakeholders
  • Monitor facilities operation and services including review and approval of office expenditure, setting budgets, and addressing facilities/office needs

What will I bring?

  • Recognised relevant qualifications or experience in Office Administration, Finance or similar area
  • Office administration experience within a professional service environment
  • Proven experience in supervising a team of administrative staff
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills, with a demonstrated history working collaboratively within a team and wider business.
  • Proactive approach to taking responsibility for tasks and delivering appropriate solutions, while adapting workflow to accommodate individual teams/coworkers.
