About the role


We are seeking an experienced
Site Administrator for our CSI Crushing Operations based in Osborne Park, Perth on a 5/2 roster (10 hour work day).


Reporting to the Lead Site Administrator, you will provide support and administrative services to the CSI Operations, Site Managers and the Senior Leadership Teams.


Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:


  • Travel and accommodation management
  • including all site entry and mobilisation requirements, charter flights, bus manifests, accommodation and room rotations, and crib collection and rosters

Training administration and support functions - including uploading and maintaining training documents in INX, uploading safety field interactions, hazards and daily inspections

Site specific functions - including maintaining site access for current employees, timesheet preparation and distribution, reporting as requested by the leaders, and preparation of site packs

General administration duties - including employee interactions, telephone call management, ordering of stationery, taking and distributing meeting minutes

What you'll bring to the team

  • Demonstrated experience in a multipurpose administration role, preferably within the resources industry
  • Proven track record in the use of mobilisation and flight management systems, would be advantageous
  • Flexibility in relation to team roster work patterns and hours of work (covering a 10 hour working day)
  • Current WA C Class drivers' licence
